My Ipad says "Sync with your Mac over WIFI", I want to sync with windows, how?

My Iphone is perfectly synced with windows,

now on my Ipad it says "Sync with your mac over wifi", enter 'secredt codes'.

Where can I enter these in my windows 1 password?
