HTC andoid preferemce setting

Hi, Have a HTC V android, installed android reader, have to input master password evertime i log in, there are no setting or preferences to change to 4 pin code



its shows on screen

logins _ accounts _ identifies _ wallet _ more,



when you hit 'more' the options are _software _ secure notes _ passwords _ all types



but no preferences to change unlock code to 4 pin?

but these options are not available on my phone.

When you mention that you were "sent this line" do you mean you have been in contact with us via email or our support site already? Please let me know. I'd love to make sure we aren't duplicating our efforts in two places unnecessarily.

hi thanks for swift reply, yes I emailed your support, and was given link, but I explained these options were not available to me, I therefore took question to forumn to get answers from people with similar problems.
