logins not syncing
Hi
I'm using Lion, 1password 3.8.20.
I have an iPad and an iPhone. I'm syncing through Dropbox. Though there's no indication that anythings wrong there are two specific logins that are not showing up on the iPad (2 wifi only) and Iphone 5 (brand new to me.) I've reset the database. SInce it's a problem on both my iOS devices I'm thinking it's a dropbox problem. ??
I have done the reset database as suggested in the Knowledge base. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums, Annamarie! Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.
Can you confirm for me that the Logins are showing up in 1PasswordAnywhere?
1. Log in to the Dropbox website: [url="https://www.dropbox.com"]https://www.dropbox.com[/url]
2. Open the [b]1Password.html[/b] file inside [b]1Password.agilekeychain[/b]
3. Enter your Master Password to access the 1PasswordAnywhere interface
Do you see the data you are expecting to see on your iOS devices there?
If you're still having trouble, could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
In 1Password 3.8, just select [b]Help > Troubleshooting > Diagnostics Report[/b] from the menu bar.
If you are using 1Password 3.9 (from the Mac App Store), you'll need to follow the instructions here:

Then attach the entire file to an email to support AT agilebits.com.
