Recommend cell stays in active state after returning from App Store

Yes, always, even when using [i]Lock on Exit[/i] or [i]Quick Unlock Code[/i].

iPhone 5 (iOS 6.0.1).
[i]I can't check 'Use first tag as prefix', because the option isn't visible.[/i]

When tapping Settings > Recommend 1Password, you're redirected to the App Store. When returning to 1Password the cell is still in active state.
