Hi Mike,
I did the following steps and have attached 2 screen shots which hopefully help you. The sync times appear to be up-to-date.
1) I created a test secure note on the windows version and it synched just fine to the beta
2) I edited the test note on the beta (both ipad and iphone have the same effect) but it was not uploaded in the dropbox sync even though the sync was completed quickly and successfully.
3) I verified that the change wasn't synced by checking the other devices
4) i then updated the note on the production IOS iPhone.
5) When i synched the ipad beta version, I received a conflict report in the logs and the secure note information was merged.
Many thanks for all your help,
GaryFlag 0 -
Hi Gary,
Is this also true if you were to create a new secure note item in beta only, it doesn't show up on other ends?
In addition, could you try this:
1. Go to Settings > Sync, turn off Dropbox
2. Restart the 1Password app, press the Home button twice, it'll bring up the app switcher
3. Find 1Password Beta, tap and hold it for a few seconds till you see the red "-" mark shows up
4. Tap the "-" mark to close the app
5. Press the home button to get rid to the app switcher
6. Open 1Password beta and turn on Dropbox, wait until it is done completely and then see if all changes shows up
7. If yes, try to make changes and see if it'll sync across now.
Please let me know how it turns out.

Hi Gary,
Can you send us your sync logs? To do this:

Open 1Password, go to Settings > Advanced > Logs

Tap on "Email Logs" on top and send the email to us. Please include a link to this topic, so we can connect the dots: http://forum.agilebits.com/index.php?/topic/11128-dropbox-sync-issues/

Hi Henry,
We got your logs. Please do not post them in the forum, they're not designed to show pages worth of content. Only send in the logs through emails.
It looks like 1Password had issues trying to download items via Dropbox. As long as there are download issues, it can't upload any changes. This is intentional and we're working on improving the app to show you errors.
Are you reusing the same data file you have on your computer with 1Password 4?
If yes, please open 1Password for Mac, go to the Help Menu > Troubleshooting > Rebuild Data File and after it is done, wait for Dropbox to finish its sync on the Mac.
When you see the green checkmark on the Dropbox icon on your Mac, open 1Password on your iPhone, turn off Dropbox and then turn it back on. See if it'll sync your data now.
I hope this helps, please let me know.

Hello,
I've upgraded to b30, and I rebuilt my 1Password for Mac datafile and waited for Dropbox to complete syncing. I still can't get 1Password to upload to Dropbox.
Here's the steps I tried:
1. Delete 1Password 4 Beta from iPhone
2. Install 1Password 4 Beta 30 from Hockeyapp
3. Delete the iCloud Storage for onepassword in Settings -> iCloud
4. From my Mac, Open 1Password 3 and Help -> Rebuild Data File
5. On My Mac, wait for Dropbox to complete syncing
6. Open 1Password 4 beta30 for the first time, "I've used 1Password before" and sync with Dropbox
7. Create New item on iPhone and wait for Sync to complete
8. Check Logs -> Dropbox, no Uploaded items
9. Settings -> Advanced -> Sent Dropbox log to you
Thanks,

I spent tonight setting up Dropbox sync for 1pass 3. After finally understanding getting the keychain in my Dropbox folder, 1pass 3 is syncing great to Dropbox.
1pass 4 on the other hand syncs great to the cloud but the Dropbox bar just sits there doing nothing. Are other users experiencing this?Flag 0 -
I just joined the iOS Beta (yay!) and my first contribution is: I have been able to reproduce this problem.
1P 4.0b30 on iOS 6.1 (10B55105c) on an iPhone 5.
Repeated steps above from MikeT, but no go. Tried a test Email Account, Login, and Credit Card. Dropbox Sync logs reflect no changes while iCloud logs show each item being exported immediately after creation. I don't seem to be having issues downloading from Dropbox, as a Login created on my Mac 1P Version 3.9.6 (39600.038) was pushed via dropbox immediately to the iOS app.
Turning off iCloud sync does not seem to have an effect, as Dropbox logs continue to show no changes. Sending logs now.Flag 0 -
Hi Gary,
It looks like something's missing and that's preventing 1Password from syncing any changes. The rule in the app is that it must download everything first before it can sync.
Can you open your Dropbox folder on your computer or login via Dropbox.com, go locate the 1Password.agilekeychain folder, go inside it. If you're doing it on the Mac, you'll need to right click on it and select "Show Package Contents".
Once you're in the folder, go into the folders: a/default
Do you see the folder "files" in default? If yes, is there anything in it?
Please let me know.

Hi guys,
We think we have a possible fix for this. It'll be available in the next update, b32. It should be available tonight or at least by the end of the day tomorrow. Don't try the fix that I suggested (I deleted the last post I had) and wait for the new build.Flag 0 -
Hi,
I don't have a 'default' folder at all (see attached screenshot)
Many Thanks,
GaryFlag 0 -
Hi,
I added the missing 'default' directory to the 1Password.agilekeychain folder and the sync is working perfectly on my iPhone.
I will check this at home on the iPad and windows version later today.
Many Thanks,
