Last sync counter, sync issues
Hello
I activated icloud and dropbox sync
1) the icloud sync seems ok
2) the dropbox sync seems never ending (the bar status stay blocked at 5% of transfer) on my iPhone. The folder tab says it syncs but it never ends since 10 mins. The log is empty. (no changes since 42 years).
3) Can I let the 2 sync system together ?
4) When I change a favorite, it doesn't appears on the other device.
5) On the iphone, the icloud sync doesn't start when I add a favorite. It starts quickly on iPad
All this where tried many time and happens every time

Is this bug reproducible? Yes
Which devices did this bug appear on and is it reproducible on any devices? iPhone 5
A quick summary of the bug:
The syncing counter doesn't update at each sync . It stay blocked at the first sync. But I can see the status bar doing checks or syncs every 3 minutes

[*]Just to be clear, you're saying there's no issues with iCloud, like with favorites but if you use Dropbox, it doesn't work?
[*]Do you have a lot of file attachments in your data file or is this a new data file?
[*]Yes, you can sync with iCloud and Dropbox at the same time including the iTunes File Sharing option
[*]If the sync isn't working, the favorites won't show up until the sync issues are solved. In order to ensure data stability, we won't upload any changes until Dropbox finishes downloading everything first
[*]If you go to Settings > Sync, does the iCloud sync say it is synced at the current time or does it look like it's behind?

This means that there's a problem with the sync. Right now, we don't have any error system connected just yet but if the time never updated, it never completed it.
Because this is related to your previous topic, I've merged them. Can you answer the numbered list of questions and we'll go from there.
Also, if you're using your own data file on a computer, please tell me which OS you're using on your computer and which version of 1Password you have.

I didn't ask you to delete any data, please don't do anything that we didn't ask you to do.
Please answer the questions:
1. Do you have a lot of file attachments in your 1Password data file or..
2. Is this a new data file?
If it is appearing to sync but it's stuck, try to restart your 1Password app: the way to restart an application on iOS is:
1) Press the Home button twice, it'll bring up the app switcher
2) Find 1Password, tap and hold it for a few seconds till you see the red "-" mark shows up
3) Tap the "-" mark to close the app
4) Press the home button to get rid to the app switcher
5) Open 1Password and see if it'll work better now
If not, go to Settings > Advanced > Logs and email us the logs from there and we'll take a look. Let me know when you do this.
