PNGs in Secured Notes are not displayed

Placed PNGs as attachments in secured notes are not displayed, also happens in 1P v3.



Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a note in 1P desktop

2. Place PNG as attachment

    The secure note items are not yet fully implemented, they can only show the content and title but nothing else, we'll get the attachments done as soon as possible.
