Email logs issue

When attempting to email the logs etc and you try for example to select all and then copy. The copy option only remains on the screen for a brief moment. Is this the desired out come. Or should it function as normal select all then able to copy.

    We don't control the Mail Compose window at all, only make it show up but the rest is the iOS defaults, so the selection tools should be normal.



    Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this. Here's what I did:

    [list=1]

    [*]Went to Settings > Advanced > Logs. Tap on "Email Logs"

    [*]Tap in the content to "Select all" and then "Copy". It disappeared as expected and that's it.

    I'd suggest rebooting your iOS device to see if it'll fix that weird glitch.

    You know I am a dingy. Thats the same advice I use to give my service and install techs when they were working on a problematic alarm panel.



    Needless to say I hold my head low and say yep it cleared the matter. Its been many year since I gave that advice regularly maybe I need to brush the cob webs off that portion of my memory.
