New problem with Wells Fargo

Hi,

Today out of the blue 1Password no longer "knows" about the Wells Fargo site apparently. My username and password

haven't changed. The site itself doesn't seemed to have changed.

It was working great until this morning. I ma using IE 9 btw.

Any ideas?

    The site may not appear to have changed, but sometimes changes can occur in the underlying code which can include the field names that 1Password matches to fill your data.



    Have you tried saving a new Login item for Wells Fargo yet? My own Wells Fargo Login is still working well for years now, but the simplest thing to try when troubleshooting a Login is to save a new Login item. Here are the steps to manual save a new Login item in Internet Explorer:

  • Hmm.... went to try the Wells Fargo site again and magically 1password now recognizes the site and fills in the information.

    Strange but... true.
