Feature Request: Create Relationships Between Templates
Hello,
You have a great product here. After a fair amount of researching on the Internet for competing products (and a former user of SplashID) I would like to offer up the following suggestion to help improve your product by suggesting that there should be a way to create relationships between template types.
Here's an example: When adding a new wallet item for a credit card, the existing template is quite adequate by prompting me for virtually all the information needed for my account (with the exception of address but that's another matter) but it does not include fields for web login information. I am required to enter a 2nd item for the web login information as a completely separate step. What I like to see is, while I'm entering my credit card account info, an option exists that allows me to also select another template to enter the website login information within the same input form. After both sections are completed, the appropriate entries are made into the system at once; a wallet item and a web login item. Then, when I login to the tool and I need to retrieve the web login, a bar appears underneath that recognizes that there is also a wallet item for this entry and will allow me to simply tap (or click) it to get to the related entry. Likewise, while I'm viewing the wallet item, the tool knows that there is also a web login for this entry and allows me to tap it to retrieve it thereby "toggling" between the entries.
I think this would be a nice feature and one that I have not seen in any competitor's product.

Thanks for the feedback, bigdippertiger! I'll make sure the developers get your vote for this. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
For now folders are a great ways to "group" information in 1Password.
