Search field only in landscape on iPad

My question is: where is the search field? I this thing really missing? It doesn't work for me without search.

You can find the search field into Categorie > All elements

I wasn't finding it, because I am almost always using my iPad in portrait (keyboard dock!). The search field is simply not there in portrait mode. Isn't that exactly the opposite of how it would make sense (at least I prefer typing on a keyboard rather than on a touch screen)?

Adding my voice to the list of folks who find the new horizontal orientation in portrait mode and lack of normalized searching frustrating on the iPad. Using version 4 on the iPhone is dreamy. It's a nightmare on the iPad. I've used your software for many years and cannot recall a more disruptive upgrade in the past. Looking forward to an update that gets the iPad behaving more like the iPhone in functionality. Thank you for your efforts.

I am sorry about this missing feature.



We had to cut a few features, including search in portrait orientation in order to publish 1Password before the holiday cutoff (it is not possible to submit or publish the apps during the Christmas week).



The search in portrait orientation is already implemented and will be available in version 4.1. We hope to submit it for review after Christmas.
