Start Browser with defined URL in entries of 1pw for Windows?

Hej,

i am searching for the possibilty to start the URL - if it is defined in the "Location"-field - out of 1PW for Windows, please.

At this time i have to start my browser manualy, klick on the 1PW-Button in my Browser (FF) have to give my MasterPW again, have to search for the right entry and after that i can start the wished homepage by doubleclick...

I think this is very awkward, but i don´t know an easier way?

Thanks for help...

Rolf

Please try changing the double-click setting in 1Password's preferences to "Open the Location in web browser" then select the browser you want the Logins to open in:

    a little other question...

As you proposal i can start the URL by doubleclick.... But now there is no way to change the selected item by RMB? So if i want to change the item i have to rechange the preferences? Am i right, or is there "another" trick?

I like it to doubleclick the item and the URL starts and my wish is to select an item and can edit that one by RMB... (maybe in further versions?)

    Thanks for help.

I'm not sure what RMB stands for but perhaps I can help if you elaborate. Thanks!
  • RMB means "Right Mouse Button" <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';-)' />

Ah. No, the selection cannot be changed in the contextual menu at this time, but I'll pass your feedback along to the developers. For now the default browser in which Logins are opened can only be changed in Preferences.
  • Ok, thanks for information and giving that wish to the developers....

Have nice days and merry christmas from germany to LA....
