My attachments don't sync at all. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />Flag 0

Do you have attachments anywhere other than in Secure Notes? Mine from there aren't syncing either, but apparently Secure Notes haven't been fully implemented yet.Flag 0

I'm using 1Password on iPhone, iPad, and iMac, all with latest OS.
I noticed that in the iPad app I could not open a JPG file that was attached to my Passport item (a picture of my passport), but I could open it in iPhone app.
I deleted the old file in the iMac 1Password app, then created and added a new file. It opened fine in both iPad and iPhone.
BUT... now the old file appears in the iPhone and iPad apps. And I can't figure out how to delete it.
The old file is NOT in the desktop app.
Can I force sync the desktop app to try to clear it all out?Flag 0 -
Update: I decided to create a NEW "Passport" entry using the desktop app. I then added the attachment (a jpg file of my passport). That immediately synced, and when I opened 1Password on my iPhone and iPad, the new Passport item was there, with the attached file.
BUT, the OLD Passport item still shows TWO attachments on the iPad and iPhone apps, while the Desktop app shows none (because I deleted those attachments).
I have refrained from deleting the old Passport item altogether in case you advise running some tests, etc.
Please advise.
Thanks!Flag 0 -
Update 2: Just added a new image to the OLD Passport item on the desktop app. Sure enough, it appeared in the iPhone and iPad apps. But the two old attachments are also STILL there in the iPhone and iPad apps.
To reiterate - deleting an attached file from the desktop app does NOT delete that file from the iPhone and iPad apps. But adding a new file DOES add it to the iOS apps.
Please help.Flag 0 -
Thanks for reporting this, folks! We were able to reproduce this and should have a fix in an update. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
If we can be of further assistance in the meantime, please let us know. We are always here to help!Flag 0
