1Password 4 for i OS and Dropbox Syncing

I downloaded 1 PW 4 for iOS on my iPhone 5 and iPad (3rd generation) and synced it with 1PW for OS X on my iMac using Dropbox. Everything came through on my iPad but there was some information missing on my iPhone,e.g., Categories>Secure Notes only 4 items of 14 have information; >Credit Cards 1 of three items has no information (like account no., etc); >Identities, only 1 of 2 items has information; >Passports, 1 of 1 item has no information. Everything on my iPad came through with all information.

I was using 1PW for iOS (v.3.xx), which I still have on my iPhone and iPad, and syncing via WiFi. My understanding is that 1PW 4 does not support WiFi syncing, so I'm now using Dropbox. I'm afraid to delete the older version of 1PW (v.3.xx) for fear that I will lose my entries. How do I resolve the missing information on my iPhone? I've tried resyncing several times, but to no avail.

Did you have any data in your iPhone app before syncing with Dropbox by any chance?

Since you already have the data in Dropbox, let's try to start over on iPhone. You could either reinstall the app or select Settings > Advanced > Erase Data to start over and then sync with the Dropbox again.

I don't understand your first question: are you referring to the new 1PW 4 app? If I Erase Data as you mention, how will it affectall my data on all apps?

I've already deleted the app and then reinsalled it, but with the same results.

"Erase Data" will only remove data from this app. No changes will be made in other apps.

You mentioned that data on iPad and Mac looks correct but you still see the missing fields on iPhone, even after reinstalling the app and re-syncing with Dropbox.

Did you import data from 1Password 3 on your iPhone? I wonder if that could be responsible for the issue.

Actually, after dowloading 1PW 4 for iPhone I initially tried to import data from 1PW 3 but nothing seemed to happen. I just "Erased Data" as you suggested and resynted and, lo and behold, all my data is NOW here!!! Now, I guess I can safely delete 1PW 3 for iOS from my iPhone and iPad. Thank you.
