1PW 4.03 frozen on keyboard screen

Using on-line manual tried to enter additional e-mail address & password. Using 1PW 4.03 on my iPhone (all OS up-to-date). In 1PW, Black screen takes up entire top of screen with keyboard underneath. Can't get out of this screen to get to settings or anything else on 1 PW. Turned phone on/off no joy! Can get to other applications but when I click on 1PW 4.3 icon on phone, takes me back to same frozen screen. Can't seem to escape it without pressing "home" button on iPhone, which allows me to access other apps. I did merge it with my Dropbox when I bought it.



Have sent e-mail to support and repeating here just in case someone has any helpful thoughts. I purchased app from Apple store 2 days ago. Maybe I should remove the application, go to Apple store and start the installation again ?????

I am sorry about the problem.



I assume your were able to sync with Dropbox and see your data at some point?



I am not sure what could be causing this. Two ideas:



1. It could be a bug in the app state restoration feature. Please try to kill the app by double-tapping the Home button and the tapping and holding the 1Password icon until you see the "-". Tap the "-" to kill the app.



2. It could be something wrong with the Dropbox syncing. However, I think that you would still see the unlock screen at the very least. You can disable Dropbox syncing from the account settings on Dropbox website: https://www.dropbox.com/account#applications

OK - that did it - didn't even think to do this before. Thanks -

Now my next question would be can I add an additional e-mail address to the ones currently shown under "identities"????



Seems like I should be able to do this- I'll try again, hopefully won't run into same problem.



Many thanks for your response, I know you guys are up to your or should i say, way over your heads in questions right now...will try and let you know. I won't disable DB syncing yet (unless it happens again).

I am glad to hear force-quitting the app helped!



It is possible to add an extra field to the item, including an email field. Tap the "Add new field" button:

Please note that form filling algorithms (when you fill the identity on a website) will only use the default email value.
