How To: Start fresh (forgotten master password, etc.)

I purchased 1Password tonight and apparently made a mistake assigning the master password since it will not take what I'm entering. I've deleted the app from my iPhone and from iTunes but when I reload the app it finds the password info from ICloud. How can I wipe the app clean and start fresh? I only entered some personal id info so not much work will be lost.

Welcome to the forums, gfearneyhough! Thanks for purchasing 1Password. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.



You can start over by removing the iCloud data like this:

Then wait a few minutes after deleting the data and restart 1Password completely.
