Location of data file for restore

My Boot volume got corrupted so I need to reinstall 1Password. Where are the data files so I can get back logins? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums, macmesser! Sorry to hear about your drive trouble.

If you've been syncing via Dropbox, just install Dropbox, wait for it to finish syncing, and then install 1Password. Your data will be detected automatically.

Otherwise, you can check the default location. Since you posted in the 1Password 3.8 forum, I'll provide the default location in 3.8 first:
~/Library/Application Support/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain
If you meant to post in the 1Password 3.9 forum (the version of 1Password from the Mac App Store), the default location in 3.9 is:
~/Library/Containers/com.agilebits.onepassword-osx-helper/Data/Documents/1Password.agilekeychain
I hope that helps. Please let me know.

Thanks. I do have 3.8. This should do the trick. Perhaps if I leave my MacBook by the chimney Santa will leave me a special gift tonight and my HD will be fixed and optimized in the morning. I have been an exceptionally good boy this year... nah, better hide the Mac until morning. Have a happy Christmas!

Haha! It's sort of a crapshoot. Santa may decide to walk off with it. Better safe than sorry. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Merry Christmas to you as well!
