Removal of "Accounts" type + Browser Extension

One negative side-affect of the removal of the "Accounts" type (which I always figured should be used for passwords that are NOT websites), is that every single one of those types of accounts now show up in the Safari Top Sites page.

    Good point. We should rework the extensions to avoid showing the items without a URL (and support Logins with multiple URLs).
