can't select dropbox syncing feature in 1password for Mac

The 'use dropbox' button under preferences/general is grayed out and non-functional. I've tried both rebuilding the data file and reinstalling 1pw with no luck. Are there any remedies for this? I'm using mountain lion.

    Typically what you are describing is due to your Dropbox folder having strayed from Home. Please see:
