Disappearing passwords (Reproducable)

i lost my dropbox password when i noticed this. thankfully, i had it written down. so below are the steps to reproduce.



create a new login following the steps below:

1) create a new login "test"

2) set a random username

3) use the password generator to set a password (length 21)

4) tap password field, touch and hold, then scroll left and right.

5) put a website, http://www.google.com/ is fine.

6) press done.



the password will not show under the username. clicking edit, then the password field will show a blank password.



i think it is maybe reseting the internal variable to @"" when it recieves the delegate notification that the textfield became first responder.

Thanks for reporting this. It seems to only occur under some very specific circumstances. If you skip step 4 [b]or[/b] 5, for example, it doesn't occur.



We'll figure out what's happening and resolve it in an update. In the meantime, the data is not lost. It is listed under "Previously Used Passwords".

I don't remember how I caused this exactly, but it did disappear from that list too. Both on my iPhone and iPad.

Also, on "Saved Form Details", it does not appear.

Thanks! This is now resolved. I don't have a time frame for a specific release date, but you'll see the fix in the next update.
