Feature request: Password generator options

Hey,
I have two requests:
1. Some websites don't allow specific characters (some, but not all, symbols) for a password. It would be nice if there would be an option where I can exclude certain characters (maybe even copy-paste them from the instructions on the website?).
2. There is the option to vary the amount of digits and symbols in the password, but this is problematic if websites need shorter passwords (normally I set my passwords to 50 characters, with 10 digits and 10 symbols, but if the website limits passwords to 20 characters, I suddenly have a low-grade password and I have to change the settings and then change them back again later... sigh <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> ). I just want the strongest password for every length and frankly don't care about the number of digits and symbols.
I also have a question, out of curiosity. At some point the "password strength" bar is green and stays green, even if you increase the number of characters (which presumably makes it safer, right?). Is there a reason for this?
Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback, rodbert!
1. This has been suggested before, and I'll pass your vote for it along to the developers. For now, I've just given up on playing games with sites that have ridiculous password requirements. If they don't some specific symbols, I just drag the symbol slider down to zero so I don't have to waste time trying to figure out what is going to work and what isn't. Many sites don't even make it clear what the requirements are, so I prefer to not waste my time. I just use a mix of letters and numbers at the maximum length. Maybe we can make this more complicated in the future, but the simplicity of the current setup should continue to work well.
Password strength is (roughly) N[sup]L[/sup] where N is the number of possible characters and L is the length. Thus the length of a password is exponentially more influential than the "complexity" of it.
2. It would be nice if the number and symbol sliders could be a percentage of the overall length.

Green is "excellent". Anything that is already "excellent" only brings a negligible benefit. It's almost more theoretical than practical. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
