V3 vs V4 password field font selection

I noticed that in V3, password fields were displayed in what appeared to be a monospaced, serif style font. This allowed easy distinction between capital I (i) and lower case l (L) letters. Zeros displayed as slashed zeros.



V4 doesn't appear to have this feature -- passwords are displayed in a sans-serif font which allows opportunity to misinterpret passwords (specifically in cases where they must be typed into another application).



May I request consideration for password field displays in a very distinctive font?
