Greig replied to you Mon, 17 Dec 12 02:19am with your code (just a couple days after your initial email to us). You sent another email to us and Sara replied within 12 hours on Mon, 07 Jan 13 10:42pm. (Ticket ID: LIE-24341-935)
All of our emails are sent from support@ agilebits .com (without the spaces obviously), so you should be able to find them by searching for that email address across your entire email account. Please be sure to check your spam folder as well. Send me a private message on here if you are unable to locate the emails we have been sending to you by searching.

Hi Khad - thanks for the response. I've checked back, including Spam traps, and the only emails I can find from the address you've stated are two identical ones as follows:
