Unable to locate the data folder

Hello, I installed the update on my Win 7 work laptop and the program was completely wiped when I opened it. The last backup I have on this laptop is from 1/7/13 which is too old. I have current Pswd data on my Iphone which I have with me here at work. I need to reinstall the data on my Win 7 work laptop but I'm nervous that I could accidentally wipe the data from my Iphone when I sync it. I would appreciate a call from Support.

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to hear about what happened, that certainly shouldn't happen and the update doesn't affect your data at all. Do you have an app cleaner on your computer that cleans up if you do an update or reinstall an app?

    To help us track down the issue more quickly, could you please email us your Diagnostics Report? To generate the report, open 1Password and go to the Help Menu > Diagnostics Report > Send to AgileBits.
