Backups

in Knox

I'm trying Knox in a trial mode. I know that backups can be done within Knox. But, When I backup online to
Carbonite, will the vaults backup and restore properly?

    Hi @DoNotStaple,

    If Carbonite supports sparsebundle image files than yes, you should be okay with storing your backups (not active vaults) with Carbonite.

    We do not recommend that you use backup services that runs at any given time for vaults that are mounted, you should only backup when vaults are either ejected first or you back up the actual backups folder we created for you when you use Knox's backup feature.
