Iphone 3G failed to download remote encryption

Just updated to iphone v3.5.2 and I'm still having issues. Now getting dropbox sync failed to download remote encryption keys. make sure dropbox is fully synced on your desktop. My desktop has finished syncing. Any suggestions. I'm running the latest desktop version on mac. Just got home and realized I'm having the same issue with my ipad syncing, same error. Any Ideas on how to fix this?
