[1P 3.0.0] "random" sort order after entry deletion

After deleting an entry the sort order of remaining entries can appear to be in a random. Here are before/after images showing a simple example of that:

Notice that in both images no column header is highlighted to indicate the current sort order, which is the default when 1P is installed.
