Where should my keychain file be?

I'm pretty sure it wasn't there before. The person who helped me replied 'dunno' when I asked where it came from. Could someone tell me where this file is supposed to live? Thanks very much, your response is appreciated

    It can be anywhere, but the standard location can be seen in 1Password help.



    Launch Help -> KnowledgeBase -> 1Password Preferences -> General.



    You'll see that by default it is in your user folder, in Library -> Application Support -> 1Password. You'll also see that you can easily move it from within 1Password's General Preferences.
