Merge data between laptop and desktop

I started using 1Password before Dropbox was around and I've wound up with two separate databases.

Some of the entries are exclusive and some of them are duplicates.

Some of the passwords are newer than others.

Is there a way to merge the info so that the duplicate entries merge while retaining the latest password info?

Like the way address book data gets merged with a cell phone and computer.

I'm dreading doing this manually. I can't start using the Dropbox sync until I get these 2 databases combined!!

Thanks

First, duplicate both files and place the originals in a safe place. Then using a synchronizer such as Chronosync, try to merge both files see if the results are acceptable. If not, you still have the originals unchanged.
