Can I have private and shared Passwords?

I love 1Password and have used it for at least 2 years. I use it both for personal passwords and business passwords. Now, I would like to start sharing my business passwords with my business partners. Is there any way to do this without them having access to all my personal passwords as well? Now I have 4 or5 banking accounts. 3 are personal and 2 are business. See the issue. In the past when this program was only for myself, I put a prefix in the begging of each password, PERS_ or BUS_ but not really effective now that I am sharing.
