Agile Software was highly recommended by users on LinkedIn and that's what brought me here. I am also a long time user of SplashID and considering a change because they can't get their Database Sync to work. Seeking a fast moderately inexpensive way to keep 2 laptops and an iPhone passwords in sync and secure.

Thanks for listening and participating on the informal and hopefully honest survey. I hope that Agile Web folks also listen here.

    Hi,

I've replied to your original thread, we certainly do listen here, in fact if you look through the forums you should see that the customer care team are very active here, and we consider our forums a valuable extension of our support tools and not just something we put up as an afterthought.

    Thanks again for the feedback,

You're quite welcome, and thanks for the demo version. I see that you don't have a demo of the iApp. Why is that?

1Password integrates well with Safari, my preferred browser. I will try with Firefox as well. I responded to the pricing issues there on the poll question thread. Generally find your folks much more responsive than others.

Providing demo versions of iOS apps isn't as easy as many people think, because the App Store is controlled and run by Apple there are certain rules we have to follow. We can either make an app free or paid, there currently isn't a 'trial version' option, although I know there are lot of users and developers who'd love to see this, or another option would be to implement Google's policy on the Android Marketplace of a 24hr 'No questions asked' refund policy.

Thanks, we love our users and actively communicating with them. The Firefox extension works great with Firefox 3.6.x, and we're working hard to get a fully functional extension ready for Firefox 4.0 Beta, although there have been some major changes in the code there.

Now to hop over to the other post <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />
