Upgrade option missing from 1Password2 bought after 08/10/2009

I wish to upgrade 1Password2 (ver2.12.1 build 7671) and read "If you already have a license you can upgrade with a special discount. If you purchased after March 1st, 2009, the upgrade is free! Upgrade instructions." on your site



I followed the instructions, however the dropdown menu does not have the "Upgrade to 1Password3" option as described



Kindly advise how to upgrade as advertised

And congratulations: when you see a license listed and yet there isn't an "Upgrade to 1Password 3" option provided from the Licenses window it means that your software license is already compatible with the 1Password 3 software.



You can download the latest version of 1Password from here:



http://agilewebsolutions.com/downloads



Be sure to quit 1Password and all your browsers and drag your existing copy of 1Password to the Trash before copying over the newly downloaded version.



Please be sure that [B]before[/B] you upgrade to 1Password 3 for the first time that you use 1Password 2 to upgrade to the Agile Keychain format if you haven't already done so. The instructions for that process are on this web page:
