Thunderbird mail as attachment

I've a question respectively a problem with my Thunderbird (V3.x) emails.
Always when I'm trying to drag an email as attachment to 1Password (for example serials from bundles) I get an error/info message that the attachment is not accepted because it's a wrong format (container or something like that). With Apple mail all works fine, the problem, I doesn't want to use Apple mail. In opposition to that the apps of your competitors have no problems with drag and drop emails directly from Thunderbird.
The solution at the moment is to export the mail as eml and attach it then to the serial page. However it's not realy useable because I want to attach the hole correspondence to my different entries and I have a lot thereof <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />.
1password is a great product and I should like to use it furthermore but it's very annoying to work in a such circumstantial way.
Now my question, will it be possible in the future to attach Thunderbird emails per drag and drop with 1Password?
