Go & Fill Firefox, not 'remembering', logging out?
So I basically rely on the Go and Fill option for ALL of my web browsing. I have a hell of a lot of accounts, on a hell of a lot of sites...hence why I use 1Password <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
Anyways, recently when I have browsed forums I'll click on a link only to get a prompt to log in. I then have to click the toolbar, click 'Fill' and THEN click the account. Sure, this is okay once, but every day is just damn annoying!
Any recommendations please? Oh, and if you only have one account matched to a site, is there no way we could just click the 'Fill' option on the toolbar and have it do it's thang, instead of clicking the account name too?
Thanks!!

The keyboard shortcut
⌘\
will login automatically if you only have one login saved for a particular site. It will also popup a list of available logins if you have more than one. The list will be exactly where your mouse cursor is (like a context menu) so you don't have to go far to select which one you want. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />
I hope that helps. Please let me know.Flag 0 -

That is very helpful, thanks, however I was wondering why some sites seem to log me out quickly. If I log in manually without 1Password and tick 'Remember me' then everything is fine. However if I use 1Password, I am logged out shortly after.

You can test to see if that checkbox is saved in your 1Password login for a site by holding down the OPTION key when selecting the login from the menu. This will FILL but not SUBMIT the login. If the checkbox is not marked, you may want to save a new login with it checked.
Of course, some sites -- MobileMe is a very high profile example -- use JavaScript and nonstandard form code which make it impossible for 1Password to work with that checkbox. Do you have the URL of a specific site?
If that is the case for the site you are using, you can always edit the login in 1Password and change the Autosubmit setting for that particular login from "If Autosubmit is ON" to "Never." This will always fill the form and then wait for you to check the box and click login on the web page manually.Flag 0
