Different font sizes?

Why the font size is much smaller in the Help menu (german)



Why is so much distance on the left (Help menu)? All other menu windows have the same distance on the left.

    I see both those effects (smaller font and large left margin) in the Help menus for Safari and iTunes (English), so I assume it's a Mac OS X thing (or maybe a Leopard thing).
