    Hi Dunan,

I'm really sorry for the trouble here, I've just tested this on my own iPhone running the latest Beta of 1Password 3.5.3, which we're currently testing at the moment, and I'm pleased to report that this search issue isn't appearing on my device.

While I can say for certain that it's fixed in 3.5.3 it shouldn't be happening in the current stable version either, it may be worth reinstalling the app to see if this fixed the problem. First of all, please create a backup of your data using our built-in backup and restore guide here:

    http://help.agile.ws/1Password3/configure_dropbox_on_mac.html

Once you've done this, please remove 1Password from your iPhone by holding down the icon until you see the 'x' appear and then tap this to delete the app. Now you can reinstall by downloading from the App Store again for free, just make sure you're using the same iTunes account as you used to purchase and that you download 1Password Pro, otherwise you'll be charged for the wrong version.

Unfortunately, it won't look like it's free until you choose to "buy" it and enter your password. You don't have to take our word for it though. Here is Apple's official support document:

    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519

Once you've got the app reinstalled you can then restore your backup as detailed in the guide above, please note that you may need to fully quit 1Password Pro before your data shows up (if your device supports multi-tasking) by going to your homescreen and then bringing up the app-switcher by double tapping your home button and then holding down the 1Password icon until you see the red 'no entry' symbol and then tap this to quit the app. If you now launch 1Password you should be able to unlock the app and see all your data.

This is intentional, if you look at the keyboard focus when you tap search you'll see it's still in the search window, this makes it easy for you to perform multiple searches without having to start over.

    Hope all that helps,

I tried to reinstall the application and the problem remained. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I like how it is done searching behavior of contacts. Yes I am writing, rewriting, but press the search button, then display only searched without choosing a keyboard.
  • I added items to the Accounts and you will find it, but sometimes wrong. Finds the correct item, but there are others that there are none.

The Wallet shows all the items even if the search text "xxxxx".
