File bundles not supported in SugarSync
<div class="IPBDescription">Dropbox recommended</div>Hello,
I used an imac with MAC OSX 10.5.8 and the 1Password Version 3.4.4.
I reset my computer - i reinstalled OSX. Then I installed 1 Password again and i would like to use my Agile KEychain which I sync with Sugarsync.
But if i would to set this database, there seems to be an error:
There is the message: "Exeption: AGDatabaseError: The Keychain is under ..... not available." But the file is fully donwloaded and synced with sugarsync.
Can u help me?
Thanks <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

Hi Marc,
Welcome to the forums! I'm sorry you are having this problem. Unfortunately, the 1Password data file is a bundle, and, according to the SugarSync documentation: "File bundles and Resource Forks are not supported. These files can become corrupted if synced."
At this time, Dropbox is our recommended method of synchronization across all platforms: Mac, Windows, Linux (with 1PasswordAnywhere), iOS, and Android.
I hope that clarifies. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
Thanks!Flag 0 -
Sadly - I just got hosed by this too. Such a shame as Sugarsync has been syncing between my macs so nicely - but went to get my keyfile on a windows machine and boom - got that error, when I really needed a password (fortunately iPhone to the rescue - but it was a pain typing in a long password). Come on SugarSync - get your act together, you have a decent set of features but not handling resource forks is pants!
