Blank Lock Screen

<div class="IPBDescription">Just a grey screen</div>I just installed 1P3 on a fresh 10.6 system. On the first launch, I got a "found your keychain on Dropbox" message and the "hey, you need to register" message. After I accepted the former and canceled the latter, I was left with no open windows. No lock screen. I was also prompted to update, which I did.



After relaunching, and whenever the keychain locks, 1P gives me a blank/grey screen. I can use [b]1Password > Unlock 1Password[/b] and get in, but the grey screen is a bit disconcerting. Using 3.5.0.BETA-1 (build 30768).

Could you post a screenshot? Is there anything specific you must to to reproduce the behavior, or does it happen [b]every[/b] time you lock 1Password for Mac?

Huh. Well, it was happening every time the keychain was locked. Didn't matter if it was locking automatically or manually. Until this afternoon. Now it's working fine. Go figure.

I also have this problem with Version 3.4.4 (build 30767) and can easily reproduce it with fast user switching on my machine: I open 1Password for one user, then switch to a different user on my mac. When I return to the main user the 1PW screen looks blank (see attachment). It is not a major issue but does not look very nice. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

Could you contact us at support@agile.ws and also attach your Diagnostics Report to that email? ([color="#FF0000"][b]Do not post your diagnostic report here or upload it anywhere[/b][/color]).This will help us track down the issue more quickly. You can generate the report from 1Password on your Mac by clicking the Help > Troubleshooting > Diagnostics Report... menu item and then attach the report to the email.
