1Password license details missing
My Macbook was just stolen a couple of days ago and typically i'd not gotten around to moving my key file to my dropbox so now have to restart from scratch
Big issue is that i purchased 1Password3 license after having 1Password2 - and yet when I request my serial number it only sends me the one from 1Password2
How can I sort this out!? I can't find email proof of my purchase - perhaps if I look in paypal??
Any suggestions warmly welcomed - thank you

Hi JxRx,
Welcome to the forums. I'm really sorry to hear about your laptop being stolen. That is one of the worst feelings ever. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_sadsmile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-(' />
I know it's too late now, but the "helper" in me wants to suggest that in the future, you might consider something like Undercover for theft recovery and iAlertU for a "car alarm" for your Mac.
Please contact us directly and we can get the 1Password licensing situation straightened out for you, no problem!Flag 0 -

Hey JxRx,
Did everything get worked out with your license information? I was off the last couple days and just want to make sure.
If you are a MobileMe customer, perhaps Back to My Mac might be of some help for remote access. It is one of the easiest ways to access your computer remotely without the need to know the IP address.
Please let know! Thanks!Flag 0
