Trouble with 1Password browser icon and keyboard shortcut

Hi:



I'm a 1Password junkie and a newbie to the Forum. Please help me to determine:



a) WHY have I lost the "P" button in the SAFARI and or FIREFOX Browser?

Corrupt prefs? What happened? How can I reset? Is this what I've been reading about as a .plist problem?





I should also note that once I actually launch 1Password......all of my 47 website entries are still intact with Username & Password as always.



I've just lost functionality.

    Hi JP,



    Welcome to the forums, I'm sorry your first post wasn't under better circumstances.



    This sounds like it could be an issue with the browser extensions for both Safari and Firefox, could you launch 1Password and then go to 1Password > Preferences > Browsers and click the 'Install All Extensions' button you see there.



    Also, please check the version of 1Password you're currently using, the latest is 3.4.4 and you can get this by going to 1Password > Check for Updates.



    Please let me know how it turns out,
