Any way to Go & Fill multiple tabs?
Hi,
I have multiple e-mail accounts that I have Postini spam filtering enabled on that requires logging into each separate e-mail account to check and see if the filter grabbed legitimate e-mail. The Go & Fill feature works great but think it would be nice to be able to either do a shortcut or something to launch 5 or 6 tabs at once and enter the login info as well. Thanks.

Hi dsm363,
Thanks for bringing this up! I think you will be able to do this with our 1Click Bookmarks feature. You can simply create a folder in your browser's bookmarks with the 1Click Bookmarks for the logins you would like to load simultaneously. Then use the browser's "Open in Tabs" (Safari), "Open All in Tabs" (Firefox), or similar feature to open all the bookmarks in that folder at once in multiple tabs.
This method I think is even more convenient than offering the feature directly in 1Password, since you don't have to leave your browser if you are already browsing other sites. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />
I hope that helps. Please let me know.

Thanks. That worked and did pretty much want I was looking for. All I have to do is select the bookmark and I'm logged in. 1Password is great! Thanks again.Flag 0 -

Thanks. One of my four logins I created for this has been causing problems. After I use this particular bookmark to log into Postini spam filtering, if I try to go to a different account, it automatically logs back into the first account. I deleted the first bookmark and created a new on in 1Password. Now it just autofills the name and password then the password disappears and I'm left on the login page with just the username filled in. Very strange. If I manually enter the password and click ok, I can log in. The other 3 accounts I created weeks ago still work with the 1Password bookmark. Was this feature somehow broken with an update in Safari 5.0.3?
update: After multiple tries, it seems to be working again but when I try and put all 4 Postini logins into a folder and 'open in tabs', it logs into the same account 2 or 3 times and ignores some of the other 4 even though each is a separate login.Flag 0 -
It sounds like a cookies issue. I can't think of a website that will support multiple simultaneous logins from a single browser on a single computer (and thus at a single IP address). You can only be logged into one account at a time since the site will overwrite your session with the newest. Try double-clicking each login in 1Password to Go & Fill in your browser while signing out after each successful login. This will show whether the logins are working or not. I suspect they are, but it is just not possible to be logged into one site as multiple users at once.
Please let me know how it turns out.Flag 0 -
Is there a way to ask 1Password to log into multiple websites at once, preferably in separate tabs? I currently hit "option+\" and type in the site's name, it opens the site in a new tab and logs in. Awesome.
I'd love to type in "banks" for instance and have 1Password open up all of the bank sites I have in my smart folder in separate tabs and log me in.
Thanks for making and supporting this product.Flag 0 -
