A few problem site reports with some guesses

The following sites do not successfully fill in using the 1P Safari Toolbar item:

http://www.usbank.com/en/PersonalHome.cfm

(guess: some odd javascript login field)

https://www.visasignatureconcierge.com/login.asp

(guess: 3 fields on page, the first one is register; data filled in and submitted with register field rather than login fields)

The "Personal ID" field does have some Javascript being invoked. I don't have an account there, but in a test, 1Password was able to successfully save some dummy login credentials and then restore them correctly on command without any troubles. I have no way of knowing how the restored information might be interpreted during submission.

Please try saving the login manually like this:

    1. Enter your username and password, but DO NOT submit the form.

    2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and choose Save Login.

    3. Set the Action field to Create New Login (or to Replace <login-name>, to update an existing Login item).

    4. Click the Save button.

The same is true for this site: I saved a Logins item manually and only the Email Address and Password fields are filled.

    Thanks Marty.

For US Bank I had to create two separate login items because the login & password are entered on separate pages. For Visa Sig, it worked fine replacing. I think the issue in both cases is 1Pass tries to submit extra data that was entered before. In the Visa Sig case it is clear that one has to enter a registration email to create an account on the same page as the login page later.

I'm glad you got things working without too much difficulty.

Some web developers combine their Sign Up and Sign In web forms on the same web page like this one does. By replacing the Logins item with only the fields filled in that you want to use later on (for Sign In) the behavior becomes much more predictable. We recommend that Logins refer to the Sign In web site URL as well so that Go & Fill can get to the correct starting page. From time to time I will review my more recently saved Logins items and make them as functional as possible in this way, and remove unneeded fields that may have been introduced via a registration Sign Up web form that aren't needed for Sign In.
