New Wallet Dropdown Problem

When I go to create a new wallet item, the drop down only contains the wording "Bank Account". Items like credit cards, etc. are not there. Seems like something is missing as I cannot create any credit card wallet items. How do I resolve this?

I'm really sorry for the trouble here, could you tell me which version of 1Password you're currently using by going to 1Password > About 1Password?
