1Password for iPad on iOS 4.2

With the multitasking support in iOS 4.2, it seems like it would be a good idea to add a manual Lock button somewhere in 1Password for iPad. And also to autolock it when the user puts the iPad to sleep. The problem, of course, is that when you switch out of 1Password in iOS 4.2 and then open it again before the autolock timer has expired, the database is still unlocked. Convenient, but a security hazard.

[/quote]Hi xyglyx, welcome to the forums.

We are aware of this and hope to have an update out soon to resolve this once iOS 4.2 is released for the iPad. We already have the multitasking option such as “Lock When Inactive" in 1Password for iPhone.

    Thanks for reporting this.
