<div class="IPBDescription">Firefox 4.0b6</div>When I click on "Browsers" pane in Preferences, in the left column where icons for each browser are shown, there is no Firefox icon showing to the left of checkboxes for either Firefox 3 or Firefox 4. When I click to select "install for all browsers," then quit 1password, then start up Firefox, the button icon for 1password is missing from the toolbar, and also in the menubar. And I don't find a 1p button in "Customize..." How can I fix this. Thx.(:

p.s. I also tried clicking 'remove all' then 'install all' The "Enable browser extensions" clickbox in the upper left corner is checked

    Hi tomeg,

I'm sorry that you're having this problem.

It sounds like your 1Password installation is damaged, which is likely affecting browser integration. To resolve this:

    1. Download 1Password from our web site:

    http://agilewebsolutions.com/downloads

Click on the "Download Now" button to the right of "1Password 3"

    2. Quit your web browser and 1Password, if it's running

    3. Open your Applications folder and drag 1Password to the Trash

    4. Install the new copy of 1Password you just downloaded

    5. Run 1Password and then your web browser

Your information is stored in a data file separate from the application, so it will not be harmed by this procedure.

Please let me know how it turns out.

    Thanks!
