Safari Button Not Showing Until Launch

The 1P button does not show in the menu bar unless I launch the 1Password application. Why?

    Seriously, though, that is not the expected behavior, and I would love get this resolved. Could you please try resetting folder permissions (Help > Troubleshooting) and then unchecking and then rechecking Safari in Preferences > Browsers?

    Thank you! That fixed it. I recently had a drive failure and restored. Must of happened during file restore.
