Syncing Logins

Running OS X 10.5.8, 1Password 3.5.0.

iPod Touch 2nd Gen, iOS 4.1, 3.5.2



Login info which is complete on the Macbook does not sync completely to the iPod. The name of the listing is there, the URL appears, but on many listings the Username and Password does not sync.



What do I need to do have all the login info available on the iPod for every listing? I saw something here in the forum about having different passwords for the i-device and the main computer. I now have that set up, but the logins are still not completely syncing.





I'll assume this is a basic question, and look forward to a speedy response. I looked around in this forum and didn't see the answer.

I'm sorry that you are having this problem.



Please try restarting your iOS device.



If that doesn't work and you are syncing via Wi-Fi, please check the box in 1Password for Mac to "Replace information on this iPhone" before clicking the "Sync Now" button since you state that you have an authoritative copy of your data on your Mac.



Likewise, if you are using Dropbox syncing, please delete 1Password from your iOS device, rebuild your data file on the Mac (Help > Troubleshooting), reinstall the app on your iOS device, and then enable Dropbox syncing once more.
