Different master password for ipad and macbook
in iOS
Is it possible to have a different master password for the iPad than for the Macbook? I have a great master password for my Macbook but on the iPad, it involves changing screens 4 times and it becomes a nightmare to log onto 1Password on the iPad. I don't want to change the one for my Macbook. How can I do this?

Hi Ina,
Welcome to the forums!
You most certainly can use a different master password on your iPad. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />
Your master password does not have to be the same between 1Password for Mac and 1Password for iOS. Many users like to have a less-complicated one in iOS because of the interaction using the smaller virtual keyboard. Because they do not have to be the same, they are never synced from one device/platform to another.
Feel free to change your iPad master password to whatever you like.
I hope that helps. Please let me know.
