    Hey marcs1,

    Welcome to the forums!

Please check the box for Firefox 3 (Preferences > Browsers), the Firefox 4 extension is not compatible with Firefox 3.

Please let me know how it turns out! <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

    That might be one solution.

But by checking the box for Firefox 4 I am able to access 1Password.

    Thanks.

I'm glad everything worked out for you. If you have a second, I would love a screenshot of your Firefox extensions window. It sounds like an odd situation. Are you saying that the Firefox 4 extension works in Firefox 3 for you but the Firefox 3 extension does not? I feel like I must be misunderstanding something. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

I have both extensions installed and the appropriate version is compatible in both instances.

I apologize for not being clearer in my post.

I had replaced Firefox 3 with Firefox 4 and deleted Firefox 3 on my Mac.

1Password had worked great with Firefox 3.

My difficulty was only with Firefox 4 and that is now resolved.

    Thanks again.
