IPhone not appearing in 1Password "Sync" field

hi,

i've followed all the instructions and my IPhone has successfully synched passwords from my MAC across the home WiFi; however i can't control the regularity of updates or which folders to sync as the IPHone doesn't appear in my 1Password control panel "Sync" drop down. Not a major issue, but one i'd like to check up on.

The FYI instruction guide implies that it should appear there automatically. is there something i should do to push 1Password to recognise my IPhone in the control panel?

thanks

    Hi jonowales,

Please click the disclosure triangle to the left of the word "SYNC" in the screenshot you included. That will expand the section to reveal the items it contains. Let me know how it turns out. Thanks!
  • i was clicking on the word "Sync" rather than the triangle......doh!

that's it Khad - many thanks!

On Khad's behalf, you're very welcome, glad that did the trick, though I will mention to our developers about making the actual word clickable too.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to consider changing the behavior for 1Password, but the current behavior is identical to the way iTunes, Mail, Finder, System Preferences, and virtually all other OS X applications handle disclosure triangles. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_tongueout.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-P' />

In the long run, it might be more confusing to behave differently. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';-)' />
